Lubec, Maine is place you’ve probably never heard of. It’s okay, most Mainers haven’t heard of it either.
If you look at a map and find the easternmost part of the US, that’s Lubec, Maine!
It’s a small coastal town full of life and lovely people. It also happens to be a place near and dear to our hearts.
You’ll find all of the delights you expect from Maine: the seafood, rocky beaches, lighthouses, and natural beauty but with none of the crowds.
It’s most likely quiet and quaint because it takes over 4 hours from Portland, Maine.
In this photo diary I’ll be sharing my favorite spots, hidden gems, and Lubec’s natural beauty. I hope it inspires your next trip to Maine!
